Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
600 g cool cooked rice
150 g chicken fillet, boiled, cut into pieces
1½ tablespoon soya sauce
1¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon crushed pepper
1 leek, cut finely
2 tablespoon oil for frying
1½ tablespoon fried shallot for garnish

Crushed:
4 shallot
3 garlic
2 candlenuts, roasted
2 chili, remove the seeds
½ teaspoon shrimp paste, roasted

Additional:
3 eggs and 1/8 teaspoon of salt, make it into omelette

How to Make It:

  1. Heat the oil. Add the crushed ingredient. Fry until brown and sweet smell. Add cooked rice, sliced chicken, soya sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until cooked.

  2. Add leeks. Mix well.

  3. Serve it with omelette and fried shallot.


for 4 persons
