Ingredients:
600 g cool cooked rice
150 g chicken fillet, boiled, cut into pieces
1½ tablespoon soya sauce
1¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon crushed pepper
1 leek, cut finely
2 tablespoon oil for frying
1½ tablespoon fried shallot for garnish
Crushed:
4 shallot
3 garlic
2 candlenuts, roasted
2 chili, remove the seeds
½ teaspoon shrimp paste, roasted
Additional:
3 eggs and 1/8 teaspoon of salt, make it into omelette
How to Make It:
- Heat the oil. Add the crushed ingredient. Fry until brown and sweet smell. Add cooked rice, sliced chicken, soya sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until cooked.
- Add leeks. Mix well.
- Serve it with omelette and fried shallot.
